In October 2017, for the first time in Singapore, curated works that blend Fashion with Art were showcased at a unique location - BigBox HyperMart in Jurong East. The festival featured remarkable works from 10 fashion designers from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.

Alongside these designers were 10 local artists who included visual art installations (and a 3-day durational performance) that mirror the OUTSIDER festival theme. Among them were NAFA alumni, Melvin Ong, Sabrina Koh and full-time lecturer Winnie Tan. The festival also featured 45 works done by this year’s NAFA fashion graduates.

2017年10月，新加坡第一次将时尚与艺术相结合的作品展示在一个独特的地方——裕廊东的BigBox HyperMart。本届艺术节的特色是来自香港、中国、台湾、泰国、马来西亚和新加坡的10位时装设计师的杰出作品。

除了这些设计师之外，还有10位当地艺术家，其中包括视觉艺术装置(以及为期3天的演出)，这些都反映了此次时尚艺术节的主题。其中包括新加坡南洋艺术学院校友、Sabrina Koh、Melvin Ong和全职讲师温妮谭。本届艺术节还展出了今年的NAFA时尚毕业生所做的45件作品。
