Students and alumni from the 3D Design and Fine Art Programmes, under the School of Art & Design, ideate, conceptualize and develop not only designs but also sculptural artworks in natural stones such as marble and onyx.

 The lifestyle items are designed by 13 participating students from the 3D Design Programme with students from different cohorts under the three-year Diploma in Design courses; and undergraduates reading for their Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) 3D Design: New Practice, plus an alumnus. The  students worked exclusively with manufacturer, Polystone (S) Ltd who assisted with the manufacturing and production of the lifestyle items that are on display.

 More than 15 functional and decorative lifestyle objects created by the 3D Design students in Emotional Landscapes explore conceptual ideas, with the ubiquitous table as the main inspiration, landscape and creative springboard. Design pieces of decorative items, interactive toys, lighting  and office accessories.

结合了年度的设计盛宴Singaplural 2016之主题“感官体验”，南洋艺术学院展现的“情感景观”是由设计学院与人造石公司共同合作的作品。

学生都是来自于3D设计及纯美术系的在校生及校友，作品不仅仅在于设计理念更多的在于采用了天然石材及雕塑艺术品和玛瑙条纹的大理石的融合概念。

这种生活化的设计理念是由13名来自3D设计系的学生和校友共同完成的一个实践课程，学生们需要与制造商Polystone公司共同协作，制造出各种具有生活化的展出用品。

由NAFA3D设计系学生设计的有超过15项具有各种功能性及装饰性产品，展现了学生在“情感景观”主题上的探索及想法，以及无处不在的创造性灵感。这些作品多为装饰性物品、互动玩具、照明及办公用品。
